We stand behind our gear. If something’s off, we’ll make it right—within reason.


✅ Eligibility

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

- Custom, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.


🚫 Not Eligible For Return

- Used gear, worn apparel, or items with visible wear.

- Any product returned without original packaging or tags.

- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.


💵 Refunds

- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.


🔄 Exchanges

- Need a different size or item? Contact us—we’ll help set up an exchange if eligible.

- Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements.


📦 Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- We recommend using a trackable service. We’re not liable for lost return shipments.


🛠 Defective or Wrong Item?

- If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery.

- Include photos and your order number—we’ll fix it fast.
